Shipping Policy

1. Overview 

BBXWorld Marketplace operates as a global digital trading platform that connects members and licensees across multiple countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, India, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Costa Rica, and Thailand. 
BBXWorld provides the marketplace infrastructure to facilitate trade between members but does not handle, manage, or assume responsibility for the shipping, logistics, or delivery of any goods or services exchanged on the platform. 

2. Member Responsibility 

All transactions involving physical goods or deliverable services are the sole responsibility of the selling member or licensee. 
This includes but is not limited to: 

• Arranging for packaging, shipping, and delivery. 

• Ensuring compliance with local and international shipping regulations. 

• Providing accurate shipping information to the buyer. 

• Managing customs clearance, duties, and taxes (where applicable). 

• Handling lost, damaged, or delayed shipments directly with the courier or buyer. 

3. Delivery Timeframes 

Delivery times, methods, and shipping costs are determined directly by the selling member. Buyers are encouraged to confirm all shipping details before completing a transaction. 
BBXWorld does not guarantee delivery times and cannot intervene in disputes related to shipping delays or courier issues. 

4. International Shipping 

When trading across borders, members must comply with the import and export regulations of their respective countries. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated by the seller. 

5. Non-Delivery or Disputes 

In the event of a non-delivery, damaged goods, or delivery dispute, members must resolve the matter directly between themselves. 
BBXWorld Marketplace does not mediate or compensate for any loss or claim related to shipping or service delivery. 

6. Platform Role 

BBXWorld’s role is limited to providing the digital marketplace platform. 
BBXWorld and its affiliates do not act as agents, couriers, or intermediaries in the sale, shipment, or delivery of goods and services. 
By using the BBXWorld Marketplace, all members acknowledge and agree that shipping and service fulfillment are outside BBXWorld’s scope of responsibility. 

7. Compliance 

Members are expected to comply with all applicable local and international trade, shipping, and consumer protection laws in their respective regions. BBXWorld reserves the right to suspend or remove listings or members that fail to adhere to these guidelines.
