Vitamin C also known as ascorbic acid is a water-soluble vitamin. It has been emphasized from the beginning of the 20th century and has been awarded many benefits both in the preventive and curative fields. Unlike other nutrients, it is one vitamin that is not naturally synthesized by the human body.
