This voucher is for legal and conveyancing services for property sellers.

The voucher covers the essential administrative services involved in selling and giving transfer of a property including:

• Preparing the sale contract.
• Engaging with purchasers and/or their representatives regarding exchange of contracts, arranging settlement and providing post-settlement accounting.

The full terms and conditions of the service will be made available on request and on your engaging New Level Law to act for you.

This voucher is offered at BBX $1,980 GST Inclusive . Disbursements must be paid for in cash by way of a $350 initial deposit and any unused cash funds will be returned on completion of the matter .

Please note: This voucher does not include extensive legal advice, complex negotiations with purchasers, or consultations for significant disputes beyond the normal scope of a property sale and conveyance. If any matters arise outside of the normal scope of a property sale and conveyance New Level Law will engage in discussions with you to work out how any such issues may be dealt with.
