Terms and Conditions for BBX Voucher Use

  • Voucher Value: Only one (1) $100 voucher may be redeemed per visit to Machiavelli Ristorante Italiano.
  • Food Only: This voucher is strictly limited to food items listed on the menu. Beverages, including but not limited to soft drinks, juices, alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, milkshakes, bottled water, and specialty drinks, are not covered by this voucher. The voucher cannot be applied to any standalone condiments, sauces, or additional items that are not explicitly part of a food menu item. The voucher cannot be used to offset service charges, tips, or other non-food expenses.
  • Strictly for Reservations Only: Vouchers will only be accepted with a prior reservation. Walk-ins or guests without reservations will not be accommodated under any circumstances.
  • Reservation Process:
    To make a reservation, kindly email us at [email protected]. Please attach a copy of your voucher and include the following details in your email:

    *Date of Birth: (DD/MM/YYYY)
    *Special Requirements: (e.g., allergies, dietary preferences, or other specific needs)
  • Voucher Format: Vouchers must be PRINTED OUT and presented as a hardcopy at the time of your visit. Digital or phone versions will not be accepted.
  • Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for three months from the purchase date and can only be redeemed at Machiavelli Ristorante Italiano, at 123 Clarence St Sydney NSW 2000. It cannot be combined with another voucher or any other promotions, discounts, or offers. Please present this voucher at the time of purchase.
  • Non-transferable: The voucher is non-transferable and valid only for the person and visit indicated. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. No cash alternative is available.
  • Right to Amend: Machiavelli Ristorante Italiano reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or discontinue the voucher at any time.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

  • Please wait for a confirmation of your reservation before finalizing your plans.
  • Reservations will only be held for a maximum of 2 hours. If the guest does not arrive within that time frame, the voucher will be automatically forfeited.
  • If the guest cancels or fails to show up, the voucher will also be automatically forfeited and cannot be redeemed or re-scheduled.
