This mat is perfect for beginners or those just embarking on a practice at home. It has a great grip from the beginning and has a soft but supportive cushion.

Feel good factor: Oeko-Tex II certified (no nasty chemicals or toxins used in the manufacture of this mat). Made from PVC, 50% of which is reclaimed.

Dimensions: 185 cm long, 60 cm wide and 4.2 mm thickness. Weight: 1.2 Kg.
 

Care Instructions: Wipe regularly with warm soapy water. You can machine wash on a cool, no spin cycle if it is particularly grubby. Too much machine washing may affect the lifespan of your mat.
