TECHNICAL NOTES:

Origin of Grapes: Dickinson Estate, Blackwood Valley Boyup Brook, Western Australia.

Fermentation: Stainless Steel Tank. Cultured Yeast.

Maturing: Pressed via tank then to Barrel (15% new French Oak) for 12 months.

Blend: 100% Shiraz

Bottling: 14 months after harvest.

Ageing: Up to 10 years.

Alcohol: 14.5%

TASTING NOTES: The 2014 Cherished Shiraz is a rich, fruit-driven wine with aromas of red berry and spice. A generous mouthfeel featuring juicy plum and berry with earthy undertones and a long finish.
