Service-IT: A tune up and refresh for your computer

A slow computer isn’t a frustration you have to put up with. Get it tuned and optimised by skilled technicians; it's like an MOT for your computer. Taking the time to properly service your computer can improve its performance and ensure that security updates are correctly installed. 

Terms

Once a Service-IT has been purchased, we will contact you to arrange a time for us to remote into your computer; the service is provided remotely and does not include internal cleaning of the machine. Your computer must have a stable internet connection. For computers that cannot get online, cannot boot, or require internal cleaning, contact us to arrange delivery of your computer to our workshop. You will need to be present when the Service-IT begins, but you will not need to remain by your computer or on-site.
