Requirements

No prior knowledge or experience of mediation or dispute resolution is necessary, although this could be beneficial to you. Having a good understanding of the English language is essential for participants to fully benefit from the course and participate actively in the training. Without this, participants may not be able to effectively practice the skills or absorb information presented during the course.
